1、 Overview

High frequency electrophoretic painting is a novel surface treatment process. The electrophoretic painting power supply produced by our company is popular in the electrophoretic painting industry due to its soft start function and ultra-low ripple. It is not only suitable for cathodic electrophoresis, but also for anodic electrophoresis. In terms of performance, it can rival foreign products and is an upgraded product of controllable silicon electrophoretic painting power supply.

2、 Product features

● Equipped with stable voltage and current limiting or voltage limiting functions, as well as single or multi-step soft start and power timing control functions;

Equipped with overcurrent, short circuit, phase loss, and over temperature protection functions;

The transformer magnetic core adopts high permeability nanocrystalline magnetic core, with a switching frequency of about 20KHZ, a power factor of ≥ 90%, and an overall efficiency of ≥ 90%

The control system can be manually controlled or automatically controlled, and comes standard with an RS-485 network control system. It can also be equipped with standard control signal interfaces of 4-20mA, 0-5V, and 0-10V;

Advanced power conversion circuits and PWM modulation technology enable the power supply to achieve efficiency, accuracy, and extremely low ripple coefficient that traditional electrophoretic power supplies cannot achieve. The ripple coefficient of the output current is not more than 3% across the entire range, and grid voltage fluctuations and load changes have no impact on the output voltage.
